The most important secret of the humankind is about to be revealed.
David Salas is a young linguistics teacher at Trinity College in Dublin. Urged by his mother’s insistence, he travels to Madrid to spend his vacations with a dear family friend, writer, and teacher Victoria Goodman. He also meets her young assistant, Paula Esteve, a mysterious art historian to whom David is immediately attracted.
Victoria Goodman offers that he joins her group in her small and charming school of literature. She believes that David has the key that she is missing. Victoria reveals to David that he has inherited the gift from his grandfather, who was able to see things that were invisible. Meanwhile, David discovers that one of the school’s students has died under strange circumstances.
These events will disrupt his life and will push him into a surprising race to find the answer to all these enigmas. Surprisingly, the key seems to be hidden in the myth of the grail and its link to Spain.
After a series of revelations, Paula and David travel to Barcelona to visit the National Museum of Art of Catalonia. Their goal is to meet with the historian Beatrice Cortil. Additionally, Paula and David will draw conclusions and findings that will lead them to unique people like Professor Alessandra Severini, expert in secret sciences, who will help them to decipher mysteries. At the same time, Victoria Goodman will do the same with Ches in Jaca (Huesca) and the other members of the group, Luis and Johny, in Valencia.
Remote Romanesque churches in the Pyrenees, art collections in Barcelona, ancient books and strange codes compose a plot full of intrigue that will lead them to discover what lies behind the famous grail and the origin of all inspiration for literature and art.
