Her book Of Cattle and Men has been awarded the Cercador Prize, the PEN Translates Award, and is part of the longlist for the Republic of Consciousness Prize in the UK and Ireland. Additionally, it has been named one of the best books translated into English in 2023 by The Guardian and Foyles.
She has also received the São Paulo Prize for Literature for the best book of the year for her novel As on Earth as Underground.
Her works have been translated into German, Croatian, Spanish, English, and Italian.
