Since her birth, Clara has nurtured an innate connection to the literary world.
At the age of eleven, her fascination with writing blossomed after reading “Eragon”, being captivated by the idea of dragons.
Before bringing her first book to life, Clara wrote stories that she shared online, creating around twelve novels. In addition to her writing prowess, Clara showcases her creativity through short comics, which she shares with the world through online platforms.

From elementary school to high school, Clara stood out by participating in and winning numerous short story contests, leaving her mark both regionally and nationally.
At the age of 18, her talent was recognized with the La Caixa / Plataforma de novela award, marking the beginning of her literary career with “Al final de la calle 118.”
A few years ago, Clara made a conscious decision: all her protagonist characters would belong to the LGBTQ+ community, reflecting her commitment to diversity and representation.
With six novels already published, Clara Cortés promises to take us on more literary adventures in the future.
