Scenic Rights is the audiovisual co-agency of SM Publishing House.
Esperanza “Chiki” Fabregat is a Spanish writer specializing in children’s and young adult literature. She holds a degree in Hispanic Philology from the Complutense University of Madrid and a master’s degree in Reading Encouragement from CEPLI of Castilla in La Mancha, Spain. She has collaborated with Bruño Publishing House in the development of several commentaries for the Altamar collection and has directed the “Lectura Comprensiva” collection with Dylar Publishing House.
She teaches Creative Writing and directs the department of Children’s and Young Adult Literature at the School of Writers of Madrid. She has also taught reading encouragement courses to children and adolescents in many schools and training centers in Spain, as well as in the teacher coordination center for bilingual schools in Texas (USA). She is also a member of the literary collective Isaura Lee, a pseudonym under which she writes with three other authors.
RELEVANT INFORMATION
The author was awarded the SM Gran Angular Award for her work Nobody´s Box (El cofre de nadie). She is also the author of several other successful works within this same genre, with which she has become a finalist for the Edebé Award.
