Scenic Rights is the audiovisual co-agency of SM Publishing House.
Jorge Gómez Soto started writing in high school. Although he studied Economics at the Complutense University of Madrid. Although he still works as an economist, his calling was always literature and his first work truly served as his stepping-stone to what he would be dedicated to in the future. His father is the famous Alfredo Gómez Cerdá, an expert in children’s literature. Just like his father, his novels are usually targeted toward younger audiences, children and young adults, with realistic and agile stories. He also has some suspenseful and supernatural works. He is the creator of a children and young adult literature blog, a very important one within this community. He also participated on the magazine Viajar con hijos in 2014.

Some of the most outstanding recognitions the author has received are: finalist in the Gran Angular Awards (one of the most prestigious Awards in Spanish literature for children and teen audiences), finalist in the Jaén de Literatura Juvenil Award, and the Leer es Vivir Award.
