A Mexican chemical engineer and writer, he has over 15 years of experience in the creative field. He has been responsible for creating, writing, editing, and adapting content for image and branding projects.

He has received various awards, including the Edmundo Valadés Latin American Short Story Award, the Juan Rulfo International Short Story Award from Radio France Internationale Paris, the Yoremito National Narrative Award, the National Short Story Award from the University of Monterrey, and most recently, the Nuevo León Literature Award.
He has published more than seven books, and several of his works have been included in various anthologies.
