Selene M. Pascual is an author of young adult fantasy and science fiction literature. She has a degree in English Philology from the University of Vigo and a Master’s degree in Documentation, Library and Archive Management from the Complutense University of Madrid. She also has a PhD in English, specializing in fantasy and sci-fi heroines in young adult literature. Besides having several independent novels, she writes with Iria G. Parente, with whom she has created several sagas and a blog. This duo is considered one of the most acclaimed collaborations of the young adult genre in the Spanish literary scene today. They are currently writing the Olympus saga, which begins with The Flower and Death.
