Soledad and Alma, mother and daughter, decide to move in together because of the economic hardship they are experiencing after their respective divorces. They have completely opposite personalities and, in spite of their good relationship with each other, being forced to share an apartment is not an easy task for either of them. Soledad is an energetic woman with a vivacious will to live, while Alma, after finding out about her husband’s homosexuality, is not going through the best of times.
Alfredo and Luis, their respective ex-husbands, decide to visit them one night during which, in an atmosphere full of entanglements and misunderstandings, many secrets, lies, the most intimate fantasies and the most hidden desires will come to light.

Juan Carlos Rubio, one of the most important playwrights of the Spanish theater scene, with great box office successes and a prolific portfolio, combines this facet with his work as an actor, presenter and television scriptwriter. He has been nominated for the Goya Awards of the Spanish Film Academy in the category of Best Original Screenplay and, among other awards, has won the SGAE Theater Award, the Lope de Vega Theater Honorable Mention, the Canal Sur El Público Award, the Andalusian Critics Award, the Antero Guardia de Úbeda Award, the Andalusian Theater Award for Best Author, the Special Award of the San Javier Theater Festival and the Award for Best Theatrical Adaptation at the LORCA Awards.
