“Imperfect Future” is a program of comic sketches, with fixed sets, that narrates the situations that the workers live in a TV program of based on divination. A program that, just like teleshopping, live poker and everything that is usually issued at that time, is a scam. Throughout the sketches that make up each chapter, of about five or six minutes each (approximately twenty-five minutes in total), we learn about the romantic story between Pablo, a virtuoso pianist, kind and charismatic, who now pretends to play the guitar live in that poor program, and Montse, a charming woman who ends up doing what no one wants to do and lives constantly scared. And this story is accompanied by others: those of an old celebrity journalist who has turned into an alcoholic, a pair of seers with no talent for divination, an eccentric Portuguese who works as a director and a stinking producer who lacks morality. “Imperfect Future” is a rogue, current program, that laughs at all pathetic things nowadays.
