Annia Moreno is a young woman in her twenties who works in an important real estate agency in Marbella, Spain. She is a strong, independent woman with a stable job who has finally been able to leave behind her traumatic past. For the first time in her life, she feels calm, comfortable and, above all, satisfied with where she is at. However, one person enters her life and that is all it takes for all her plans to shatter.

Bryan Summers, a prestigious London businessman, decides to travel to Marbella to buy a new property. By chance, or by fate, Annia is chosen to help him with the purchase. When Annia is suddenly kidnapped, Bryan is determined to do whatever it takes to get her back. He and his friend Max search for a solution to rescue her as soon as possible. Before long, Annia manages to escape, and although she is badly wounded, she is finally safe.

After this traumatic experience, Annia completely opens up to Bryan, venting to him about her past and her fears, something he has failed to do with her. The lack of reciprocity causes Annia a lot of distrust and unease, and will be the root of many arguments and stress in their relationship.

Amid ups and downs due to the secrets Bryan hides and the entanglement of different people in their relationship (such as Bryan’s ex-wife or his best friend, Max, who begins to have feelings for Annia), both Annia and Bryan will have to decide if the love they feel for each other is enough to overcome the obstacles they are facing.
