Don Mario has been captivated by Raimunda, the woman who served him at his house for years. When time passes, they meet again, but now Don Mario is poor and Raimunda is a rich heir. The woman, for old time’s sake, helps Don Mario, who now works as a maintenance man in a hotel, but continues faking he is a millionaire when people visit him, like for instance, with his niece, who comes to visit him from another country.
RELEVANT FACTS: Adolfo Torrado was a playwright and a screenwriter. Many of his stories, characterized by the mess, humor and emotional sensationalism, were taken to cinema by himself or other very important directors, such as Luis Buñuel.
