A TV announcer that has always been a womanizer suddenly realizes that everything is starting to go downhill towards old age. Leticia, Carolina and Lucrecia, three of his former lovers, get together with him to remember old times and try to help him. But Josefa appears, a young woman who makes him regain excitement.
RELEVANT FACTS: In its successive representations, this play has always been acclaimed by both public and critics. Its success gave birth to the movie from Ramón Fernández, “The Pool’s Girl” (1987).
The author was awarded the Premio Nacional Calderón de la Barca in 1956 and 1963 (shared). He was also awarded the Planeta Award.
