Scenic Rights is the audiovisual co-agency of Miguel Mihura Santos.
Miguel Mihura (Madrid, 1905), playwright, journalist and screenwriter, is considered the main inventor of the Theatre of the Absurd, and the most outstanding comedian in Spanish language throught the XXth century. He founded and directed “La Codorniz”, a humor weekly paper with capital importance for Spanish post-war theatre. Mihura wrote the scripts of more than twenty-five movies, among which outstands Welcome Mr. Marshall, Film directed by Luis García Berlanga in 1952.

In 1967 he was elected Member of the Royal Spanish Academy of Language (RAE).
He won the National Theatre Prize in three occasions, and was awarded in 1964 with the Calderon de la Barca National Literature Prize.
