Montserrat Bros has a degree in Journalism from the University of Navarre and a postgraduate degree in Communication, Journalism and Fashion from IDEC Pompeu Fabra. She has worked as an editor for the culture and fashion section at Europa Press. She presented a cultural program on two Catalan television stations and has been a contributor to Onda Cero and Yo Dona. She has also worked as a film critic for Radio Estel. Single Broke Woman Seeks (Mujer sin blanca soltera busca) is her first novel.
