An alien belonging to a fierce race of space invaders is captured by an 11-year-old boy who puts him in his mouse cage.
A tiny race of aliens discovers in planet Earth a powerful (to them) enzyme in Gorgonzola cheese, and they want to “mine” it. They are a fierce invasive society from a planet where friendship, music, laughs, fantasy and imagination do not exist. Life on Earth is a complete culture shock for them. 42, a Turbano warrior, along with his patrol, explores the planet with the aim of invading it to mine the enzyme in Gorgonzola cheese. Nevertheless, they are not as strong as they thought; broom and hoses from cheese vendors quickly defeat the squad. 42 is the only survivor, but he is suddenly caught by Bruno, a boy who hides him in his mouse’s cage.
For 42, the human society is bizarre, everything is huge and confusing. This results in hilarious situations due to the contrasts between the aggressive attitude of the mini alien and the pacific modus vivendi of an Italian neighborhood.
As 42 discovers the essence of human life, he points out to us, the audience, that there are ordinary actions we have never perceived as special and fantastic adventures.
Gorgonzola is a story about courage and friendship, in which it is the big differences that bring us together.
