An intense love story hidden for decades.
Paulina Homs is in her twenties and has a quiet and accommodated life in Barcelona in the 80s, a husband who loves her and a little girl, Gina. Her life changes when, in 1981, she travels to Paris to attend her cousin Julia’s wedding, a trip in which she will meet the love of her life: an art gallerist called Jean-Pierre Zanardi.
This relationship will only last for four days but will mark both of them. They will live those hours as intensively and romantically as possible.
Paulina wants a second chance in this romance, and she introduces her business cards inside the pages of butterfly books in different famous bookstores around the world. Paulina hopes that Jean-Pierre, collector of these kind of books, will find her card and eventually contact her.
Gina, Paulina’s daughter, a rebelious young girl, will find out her mother’s affair by chance. When she discovers the letters of her deceased mother, with the help of her cousin Julia and an old classmate of her mother, Gina will go to Paris and find Jean-Pierre.
